2. If the previous answer is ‘yes’, is there any policy/agenda on replacing in certain amount of ‘virtual meetings/web conference/electronic communication’ by short or long travel (by car, train, plane etc)?

3. If you have certain policies mentioned in question 3, how much acceptance it has in your organization.

- High -moderate -low -optional -most of the employees do not care

4. How do you perceive these policies personally? If you were the policy makers in your organization would you impose it to your employee as mandatory or leave it to their preference?

5. What is the importance of increasing virtual meetings and electronic communication in your country to reduce the environmental impact? How much significant affect it may keep to your country if organization practices this policy?

6. You have mentioned environmental policies in your organization. But the employees (you) are reluctant as you are not obliged to follow that. What factor/factors make lead to think positive and change you view or accepting those –

Ø An improved implementation procedure (step by step)

Ø Raising awareness with example in other countries

Ø Small/big incentives instead of not going for travel option

Ø People who likes to travel (to other countries), can be given yearly travel allowances

Ø Educating, training, informing in the supply chain the use of electronic communication (email, virtual meetings, web conference)

Ø The other means you may want to share!
